By accessing the site or enrolling in courses, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Your continued use signifies ongoing acceptance as terms evolve.
- Users must be 13+; guardians consent is required for minors.
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
Scheduling is subject to coach availability. Rescheduling requires at least 24-hour notice; otherwise the session may be forfeited.
- Lessons start promptly at the booked time; late arrivals may shorten the session.
- Public holidays follow the Indonesian calendar; make-up classes can be arranged where applicable.
All prices are in IDR. Refunds follow our fair-use policy and applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Payments are processed via trusted channels; we do not store full card details.
- Refunds (if approved) are returned to the original method within 7–14 working days.
- Packages may offer discounted rates; partial refunds are prorated from the standard session price.
Do not misuse the site or disrupt services. We may suspend accounts that violate policies.
- No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content during lessons or in the community.
- No reverse engineering or automated scraping of our platform.
- Security reports are welcome via the contact channel below.
Content and materials are owned by Quiet Forest Haven Voice Academy unless otherwise noted. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access our materials for personal learning only.
- No recording or distribution of lesson content without explicit permission.
- Brand assets may not be used without written consent.
